What we collect
When you fill in one of our forms, we collect what you type: usually your name, email, phone number and a note about what you’d like help with.
If you become a client, we also keep notes from your sessions. These can include health information, such as symptoms, medication and test results you choose to share with us.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to you, to arrange and run your sessions, and to send you your plans and recipes.
If you sign up to our newsletter, we use your email to send it, once a month. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
Health information
Health information is special category data under UK GDPR, so we take extra care with it. We only use it to look after you, and we never share it with anyone, including your GP, without asking you first, unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep client notes for 8 years after your last session, in line with professional guidance. If you send an enquiry but don’t book, we delete it after 12 months.
Who sees it
Your nutritionist and our practice manager. We also use a small number of trusted tools for booking and email, which process your information on our behalf and only as we instruct them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email us and we’ll reply within a month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We use basic, privacy-friendly statistics to see which pages are visited. They don’t identify you, and we don’t use advertising cookies.
