Breakfast gets a lot of attention when it comes to PCOS, and much of the advice is stricter than it needs to be.

Protein and fibre first

A breakfast with some protein and fibre helps keep energy steady through the morning, which many of our clients notice within a week or two.

  • Greek yoghurt with berries and seeds

  • Eggs on wholegrain toast

  • Overnight oats with nut butter

You don’t need to give up toast. You might just want something with it.

If you’re not hungry first thing, that’s fine too. A mid-morning breakfast still counts.
