Most of our clients don’t need fancier recipes. They need dinners that are quick enough to make on a Tuesday.

The shopping list

  • 2 tins of chickpeas and 1 of chopped tomatoes

  • Salmon fillets and a pack of chicken thighs

  • Frozen peas, spinach and stir-fry vegetables

  • Eggs, wholegrain noodles and microwave rice

From that, you can make a curry, a traybake, a stir-fry, an omelette and a noodle salad, each in about 20 minutes.

A good week of eating usually starts with a good shopping list.

You’ll find the full recipes in our recipe section.
